Shipping and return policy

Shipping Policy

  • TechMet has the ability to ship to all 50 states, along with the countries of Mexico and Canada.
  • All orders will be shipped via UPS PPA unless noted by the customer.
  • In-stock orders placed before 5 p.m. EST will ship the same day.

return Policy

  • To qualify for return, the product must be unused and remain in original TechMet packaging with lot traceability.
  • Special, modified or altered tools are not acceptable for return.
  • If a customer wishes to return products, the customer must have an authorized TechMet Returned Materials Authorization number (RMA). This can be obtained by contacting Customer Service at csteam@techmet-carbide.com or calling 828-624-0222. The following information will be required at time of request: Customer PO number and TechMet Invoice Number.
  • All items for return must be received at TechMet’s warehouse within 30 days from the date the RMA was issued.
  • All returns will be inspected. Items chipped or damaged during return shipment will not be credited.
  • Material returned without an RMA will be returned to sender, at the sender’s expense.
