Holiday Notice
TechMet will be closed Friday, April 3rd for the Easter Holiday.
Offices will reopen on Monday, April 6th.
TechMet has the ability to ship to all 50 states, along with the countries of Mexico and Canada.
All orders will be shipped via UPS PPA unless noted by the customer.
In-stock orders placed before 5 p.m. EST will ship the same day.
return Policy
To qualify for return, the product must be unused and remain in original TechMet packaging with lot traceability.
Special, modified or altered tools are not acceptable for return.
If a customer wishes to return products, the customer must have an authorized TechMet Returned Materials Authorization number (RMA). This can be obtained by contacting Customer Service at csteam@techmet-carbide.com or calling 828-624-0222. The following information will be required at time of request: Customer PO number and TechMet Invoice Number.
All items for return must be received at TechMet’s warehouse within 30 days from the date the RMA was issued.
All returns will be inspected. Items chipped or damaged during return shipment will not be credited.
Material returned without an RMA will be returned to sender, at the sender’s expense.
