Achieve high metal-removal rates and long tool life with our high-precision cutter bodies and thick, strong inserts—in grades and geometries developed specifically for high feed milling applications. Our milling cutters are machined in a pre-hardened state for accuracy/low runout and are well suited for a variety of applications—including face milling, helical milling, pocketing, ramping and plunging. They feature high-quality alloy tool steel construction and nickel coating for strength and durability; through-the-tool coolant/air capability for excellent chip evacuation; and four cutting edges per insert for maximum economy.

Our high-quality cylindrical-shank endmills and arbor-mount facemills are available in diameters from 1.250” to 5.000” and offer high performance in a wide range of materials and applications.
HIGH FEED MILLING INSERTS
These versatile inserts are suited for high feed facemilling, plunging, ramping and pocketing operations and are available in medium and roughing geometries and a range of grades to suit most materials and applications.
